**Accelerate Generative AI Growth with EMEA Customers**



AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from leading small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers. The AWS Global Support team interacts with top companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success.



As a Generative AI Specialist Solution Architect, you will help drive exponential Generative AI growth with EMEA customers by leveraging AWS tools, services, and data science techniques. You will partner with EMEA field teams and specialists to amplify and roll out best practices and signals from customers.



**Key Responsibilities**


  2. Effectively use LLMs available to meet customer performance needs and accelerate customer opportunities
  3. Partner with EMEA field teams and specialists to unblock large impact customer opportunities
  4. Contribute towards resolution of weekly blockers/challenges from the field as they are raised through the EMEA GenAI WBR and other channels
  5. Advance organisational capabilities through the creation of Generative AI apps to enhance internal tooling, creation of enablement content, etc.
  6. Engage with customers via EBCs and summits to play back EMEA GenAI trends, industry use cases, and the art of the possible (Center of Excellence)
  7. Thought Leadership through creation of use cases and demos unique to customers based on internal and external customer profiles


**Basic Qualifications**


  2. Bachelor's degree in technical discipline with technical design/implementation/consulting experience and experience working with Generative AI Foundation models
  3. Developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience and experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organisational level
  4. Business development, product management, management consulting, and strategic partnership experience and experience developing and executing on GTM strategies that are large in scope
  5. AWS Certification (e.g. AWS Solution Architect Associate/Professional)


**Preferred Qualifications**


  2. Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
  3. Hands-on working knowledge of deep learning and other ML algorithms and infrastructure
