Project Management Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Lead to join our Water Business across our Northern, Midlands & West, and Southern Regions. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our business as we continue to expand across the UK&I.

Key Responsibilities- Drive best-in-class project delivery while building and maintaining the operational project management community.
- Understand client objectives and maintain excellent working relationships with client counterparts.
- Champion relationships between Project Managers and Technical Leads, ensuring collaborative dialogue on commercial and technical project matters.
- Ensure project budgets align with our framework commercial strategy and that projects are planned and delivered according to these plans.
- Support the Operations Director in growing the commercial acumen and delivery capability of Project Managers.
- Assist in reviewing proposals and analyzing overall project performance, identifying non-performing projects, and working with PMs to achieve effective solutions.

About YouIdeally qualified with a relevant degree, you will have a track record of success within project delivery and management, demonstrating examples of managing projects to achieve positive outcomes for all stakeholders.
You likely hold professional Project Management Qualifications, such as being a Chartered Project Professional through the Association for Project Management (APM).
You will be a committed people leader willing to support your teams throughout their career journey, helping them develop the skills and competencies needed for success.
While water sector experience would be beneficial, we will consider candidates with project management experience from related sectors including utilities, energy, or engineering consultancy.
