We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Lettings Negotiator in our Cambridge branch.

About the Role

As an Apprentice Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and tenants, while also learning the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the lettings industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the lettings team
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and tenants
  • Learn and develop skills in lettings negotiation, property management, and customer service
  • Work closely with the lettings team to achieve sales and lettings targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills

Requirements

  • Looking to pursue a career in lettings
  • Focused on customer care and customer service
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
