IT Change Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled IT Change Coordinator to join our team at Investigo. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for coordinating, running, and supporting change within the IT Team and wider business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating suppliers in a highly technical and frequently demanding environment.
• Implementing documentation to move projects, mobilisations, and processes into BAU.
• Creation of new technical and business processes.
• Liaising with key stakeholders and other support providers to understand and contribute to changing system landscapes, support frameworks, and end-user requirements.
• Planning and running User Acceptance Testing of new or reconfigured systems and applications.
• Out-of-hours change attendance.
• Continual Personal Development (CPD).
• Liaising with the Transformation team.
• Ensuring that new products comply with IT security standards.
• Running projects where applicable.
• Performing key project and mobilisation tasks to support the IT Change Team.
• Creating SOPs and documentation for projects and mobilisations, where needed.
• Providing reporting and updates on tasks and projects where there is ownership.
• Helping to define data requirements, working with the Data Engagement Lead.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience of working within a change environment.
• Ability to prioritise and organise own work in a busy environment.
