The role:

The global aircraft finance and leasing practice has extensive experience with transactions involving all types of aircraft and financing structures. The team advises clients, including airlines, lessors, lenders, financial institutions, and investors, on commercial and business aircraft finance transactions worldwide.

Clients include established names and emerging market entrants. Expertise spans all types of commercial aircraft finance, lease, and sale and purchase transactions, including multi-billion-dollar new aircraft orders, operating lease and leveraged operating lease finance transactions, tax-structured financings, insurance and guarantee-backed financings, pre-delivery payment financings, and commercial dispute, enforcement, and workout situations.

Ideal candidate:

The ideal candidate will be qualified in England & Wales and have experience in aviation finance, with a strong understanding of the sector's complexities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on commercial and business aircraft finance transactions
  • Assist in the preparation and negotiation of financing documents
  • Conduct due diligence on aircraft and financing structures
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners
