Qualitative Research Associate Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualitative Research Associate Director to join our team at Harnham. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for leading international and domestic projects for some of the world's best brands and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and run qualitative research projects, including multi-market focus groups studies in Sweden and the UK face-to-face, brand update, and concept testing projects.
  • Develop and implement research approaches that get to the heart of a client's challenge, leveraging deep knowledge and wide experience of contemporary qualitative research methods.
  • Design and oversee the writing of research materials, including pre-tasks, discussion guides, and other relevant documents.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, building positive team morale and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in qualitative research, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement effective research approaches.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to project work.
