Palliative Care Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Palliative Care Nurse Specialist to join our team in Chipping Norton. In this role, you will provide end-of-life care and symptom control to patients, as well as offer 24-hour on-call assistance to support nursing staff.
You will work closely with patients and their families, offering support and guidance throughout their journey. Your ability to respond quickly to urgent contacts and travel to patients' homes will be invaluable.
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of two years' recent experience in palliative care, either in the NHS or other relevant care settings. You should also have up-to-date awareness of the skills and knowledge required for patients with palliative care needs.
The salary for this position is £78 per hour, with enhanced pay available for weekend hours. We offer a supportive and collaborative working environment, where you can grow and develop your skills as a nurse.
