We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Industrial Door Engineer to join our team at Infinity Employment. As an Industrial Door Engineer, you will be responsible for installing new shutters and overhead sectional doors, attending out-of-hours work when required, and ensuring the company meets strict SLA's.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Install new shutters and overhead sectional doors.
  2. Attend out-of-hours work when required.
  3. Fault diagnosis, site surveys, and completing job sheets detailing the issue and repair requirements.
  4. Ensure the company meets strict SLA's.
  5. Travel to customer sites to carry out service, installation, and repairs to all types of industrial, retail, and commercial doors.

Requirements:

  1. Strong communication skills.
  2. Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
  3. Clear communication, both verbally and in written form.
  4. Manual lifting and physical work.
  5. Flexibility with the ability to adapt to changes in workload.
  6. Competent in advising customers on solutions to their problems.
  7. Competent in understanding and using digital technologies for completing job sheets, emails, and fault diagnosis.

Experience and Qualifications:

  1. Full UK Driving Licence - must be clean.
  2. Previous experience in the following:
  • Commercial and Industrial Roller Shutters
  • Sectional Overhead Doors and Automatic Doors
  • Hinged Doors
  • Hi-Speed Doors
  • Aluminium and APG Doors
