About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Transport Assistant to join our team at Sja's West. As a Critical Care Transport Assistant, you will play a vital role in transporting patients between hospitals and Critical Care Units, working closely with nurses, doctors, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide safe and stable transport for patients, clinical teams, and relatives throughout journeys.
* Ensure that vehicles and equipment are fit for purpose, used correctly, and report any defects or operational issues as soon as possible.
* Work collaboratively with the Critical Care Transport team, representing Sja's West in the best light and supporting the NHS Clinical Team with tasks and procedures.

Requirements:
* Hold a full UK manual driving licence and no more than 3 penalty points.
* Maintain an SJA Critical Care Transport Assistant qualification and IHCD D1/D2 or a Level 3 Certificate in Emergency Response Ambulance Driving (CERAD).
* Experience of working with customers, patients, or clients in a positive manner and managing conflict and de-escalating situations.
