Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Bobbins, a residential service in Wiltshire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being, and promoting their independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with daily activities, including personal care and medication administration.
  • Develop and implement care plans to establish routines and promote independence.
  • Ensure clients feel safe and stable in their daily care.
  • Provide physical support to clients with disabilities using trained techniques and aids.

Requirements

  • Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Flexible and professional approach to multi-site working.
  • Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual.
