We are seeking an exceptional Headteacher to lead our specialist SEN School, shaping the future of SEND education and creating a positive environment for all staff and students to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. School Growth and Improvement: Develop a shared vision with the leadership team, teaching staff, and support staff to drive school growth and improve educational standards.
  2. Inspirational Leadership: Inspire a creative and innovative style of leadership that motivates staff and sets high expectations for all pupils.
  3. School Improvement and Collaboration: Demonstrate a dynamic and professional leadership style that drives school improvement and collaboration with other schools.
Requirements:
  1. Learner Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience as Deputy Head teacher in a SEND environment, with evidence of successful leadership.
  2. School Improvement Commitment: A proven commitment to school improvement, including collaboration with other schools.
  3. Operational Expertise: A working knowledge of school finances, curriculum development, and operational planning.
  4. Collaborative Partnership: Experience working closely with the Governing Body and Local Authority to support school improvement.

The estimated salary for this position is up to £101,067 per year on a full-time, all-year-round basis.
