We offer a competitive salary of up to £24,336.00 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting the growth and development of our team members.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and cooking meals, adhering to approved recipes and menus to accommodate a diverse population.
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for prisoners and staff.
• Supervising cleaning activities, overseeing kitchen prisoners to maintain safety, health, and security standards.
• Conducting thorough inspections of received goods, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
