Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our fraud team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in dealing with complex queries, and a strong understanding of financial services principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Providing exceptional customer service and support in fraud cases.
  • Documentation Review: Reviewing and analyzing documentation to ensure that all necessary information is obtained and updated in the system.
  • Liaising with Third Parties: Liaising with third-party providers to gather additional information and update the case accordingly.
  • Administrative Tasks: Completing administrative tasks on the system, ensuring that all customer data is up-to-date and accurate.

Requirements:

  • Financial Services Experience: Experience working within financial services is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Query Resolution: Proven ability to deal with complex queries and resolve issues efficiently.
