About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Employment Solutions. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will play a critical role in ensuring high-performance products that meet stringent safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and assess technical requirements from 3D models, 2D engineering drawings, and specifications to define production solutions.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to optimize recurring manufacturing costs and enhance product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement advanced manufacturing systems, including industrial robotics and automation.
  • Conduct process development trials and research emerging technologies to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Work with subcontractors and partners to install and commission new processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Provide production documentation and support the training of operations teams to ensure smooth production workflows.
  • Review process data to drive continuous improvement aligned with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and identify areas for process optimization.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in advanced manufacturing processes and systems, with a strong understanding of novel and complex manufacturing systems.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical requirements and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
