About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen and ensuring that our Residents receive high-quality meals.

With a focus on nutritional value and cultural diversity, you will work closely with our central support teams to maintain nutrition standards compliance. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with colleagues and residents alike.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, as you will be responsible for leading a team of kitchen staff. You will also have the chance to participate in training programs to enhance your culinary expertise.

Job Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
