Housekeeping Porter Role

We are seeking a skilled and courteous Housekeeping Porter to join our team at Park Plaza. As a Housekeeping Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality in our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain stock controls in the pantries and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and adapting to meet the needs of guests and team members.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating a courteous and professional attitude at all times.
  • Support the housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
