Insight Gloucestershire is seeking a Development Officer to play a key role in securing the financial success and stability of our charity. This exciting and varied role will incorporate writing funding applications, developing corporate partnerships, organising fundraising events, and supporting volunteer fundraisers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship-building skills, be able to travel around Gloucestershire to meet supporters and attend fundraising events, and regularly visit our office in Cheltenham. Occasional travel to partner offices in Devizes (Wiltshire) and Bristol may also be required.

We offer a competitive salary package, with a wide band depending on experience, ranging from £25,000 to £40,000 per annum. If you are an established fundraiser looking to develop your career or have transferable skills from another sector, we encourage you to apply.

As a Development Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the long-term financial health of our charity. You will work closely with our team to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve them.
