Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage phlebotomy staff to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient blood collection processes.
  • Work closely with clinicians, hospitals, and occupational health providers to provide a complete pathology offering.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve phlebotomy services and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 months previous phlebotomy experience.
  • Phlebotomy qualification.
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
  • Previous experience and confidence using IT applications, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Full UK driving license and use of car for work.
