We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Optical Assistant to join our thriving team at Inspired Selections. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, dispensing spectacles, and conducting initial clinical tests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers, booking appointments and guiding them to the perfect frame.
  • Sales Excellence: Dispense spectacles and drive sales with your expertise and outstanding customer service.
  • Clinical Support: Conduct initial clinical tests and provide valuable advice on contact lens care.
  • Reception and Merchandising: Manage reception duties and contribute to the store's visual appeal.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 12 months of experience within optics.
  • Ability to dispense spectacles to all levels and perform pre-screening tests.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work 5 days out of 7, including weekends.
