Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Design Manager in tasks related to construction documents for the Ontario Line Southern Civil, Stations and Tunnel Project.
- Monitor the design schedule, track deliverable dates, and prepare a look-ahead schedule for distribution.
- Identify design issues and prepare RFIs to send to the client as required.
- Manage Design Subconsultant agreements, deliverables, and invoicing process.
- Track project-associated costs related to design hours progress tracking and estimating.
- Work with Discipline Leads to ensure that design solutions are fully coordinated with other disciplines and contract requirements.
- Collaborate with BIM and CAD personnel to develop drawings, sketches, and support documents when required.
- Track and monitor design interfaces – internal, external with the client, and external with third parties.
- Review all contract requirements and ensure compliance.
- Participate in Change Management and assist the Commercial Manager when required.
