Bank Support Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate and creative individual to join our team as a Bank Support Practitioner. As a Bank Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals living in their own homes in the community with disabilities and/or additional support needs.
Key Responsibilities- Support individuals with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, medication, and personal care.
- Assist with activities, appointments, and managing personal finances.
- Provide emotional support and help individuals maintain relationships with family and friends.
- Take an active interest in the hobbies and interests of the people we support and enable them to explore new opportunities.
- An empathetic and caring nature.
- Good observation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in using computers.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and on your own.
- Good organisational skills.
