Marketing and Sales Technical Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Sales Technical Lead to join our team at Robert Walters Workforce Consultancy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and experience in delivering on marketing strategies within a property environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and oversee the implementation of campaigns across all touchpoints
  • Review and re-configure the existing technical set up and CRM integration
  • Provide technical mentorship to other team members
  • Develop and execute personalised communication campaigns at scale
  • Manage sales automation workflows to automate repetitive tasks
  • Translate marketing data analytics into actionable insights
  • Implement a lead scoring model to identify high-value leads
  • Utilise machine learning in line with company policies

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Proven track record in delivering on marketing strategies within a property environment
  • Deep understanding of marketing automation principles and Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and customer journey behavioural segmentation
  • Proficiency with website auditing tools and Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
  • Exceptional communication skills with both technical IT teams and broader non-technical audiences
