About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Reward Manager to join our team at Travelex Deutschland GmbH.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our annual reward processes, including pay reviews and bonuses. They will also support the Head of Reward on projects such as incentive design and new initiatives.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead the annual reward processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Support the Head of Reward in developing and implementing new reward initiatives.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on compensation, benefits, and recognition programs globally.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to inform reward strategy.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles.
  • Experience with pay structures, bonus/incentive design, job analysis/evaluation, and benchmarking.
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday allowance.
