Manufacturing Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our plant in Motherwell, prioritising safety, quality, and productivity.

About the Role:
  • Manage and supervise a team of professionals to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the plant, adhering to all relevant HSE guidelines and regulations.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality within the plant, aligning with sustainability goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that promote business growth.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field, such as engineering or environmental science.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working in a plant environment, with a focus on safety and sustainability.
  • A competitive salary range: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, a strong understanding of sustainability principles, and the ability to drive business growth through process improvements.
