1:1 Learning Support Assistant in Bromley

We are seeking a highly skilled 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join our team at one of our partner schools in Bromley. As a Psychology Graduate with a passion for supporting neurodivergent young people, you will play a vital role in helping them achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing individualized support to students with Dyslexia
- Assisting with lesson planning and implementation
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with students, parents, and teaching staff
The ideal candidate will have:
- A First-Class degree in Psychology or related field
- Experience working with individuals with Dyslexia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
