About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Labourer to join our team at Assets and Investments. As a Labourer, you will play a vital role in assisting our teams in voids and occupied properties, ensuring that our high standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist colleagues in completing clearances, cleans, or uplifts in a timely manner.
- Have a "Can Do" attitude to help out operatives and carry out basic general repairs.
- Work in surrounding areas, with a 40-hour working week across Monday to Friday.
Requirements
- Initiative and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Experience in general repair services, cleaning, and labouring to void and occupied properties.
- Excellent organisational and computer skills.
- A driving licence is essential.
- Good understanding of Health and Safety legislation.
- Basic DBS check required.
