Product Manager - Physical Identity Solutions

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and launch of our Physical Identity Solutions product. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a market-leading, secure, and innovative product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap for Physical Identity Solutions, aligning with business strategy and market trends.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and development teams to ensure product meets customer needs and market requirements.
  • Define and prioritize product features, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Manage market requirements, identifying essential features and value-add options.
  • Provide insights to stakeholders on product and market trends, ensuring a clear understanding of customer needs.
  • Translate business strategy into product strategy, defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business success.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers, sales management, and marketing counterparts.
  • Manage product profitability and commercial success, providing regular reports to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on identity and access solutions.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful product launches and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodology and experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
