Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Pump Specialist to join our vibrant team at Universal Business Team. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through expert product and technical knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have both Mechanical and Electrical knowledge and experience in the pump industry or construction-related roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality customer service by providing detailed reports and recommendations.
  • Install, commission, service, and repair pumps, pump systems, and other mechanical equipment.
  • Conduct site visits to identify faults and provide necessary repairs.
  • Attend emergency call-outs to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
  • Ensure safety at all times by producing robust risk assessments and method statements.

Requirements:
  • Technical knowledge of water boosting technology and packaged pump stations.
  • Current CSCS qualification and Confined Space Entry Qualification.
  • Some electrical training and self-motivated with a high standard of workmanship.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Clean driving license and effective communication skills.
