Established Consultancy Seeks Experienced Quantity Surveyor

The successful candidate will be joining a close-knit team of professionals involved in various exciting projects across the UK. These projects include retail and logistics, hotels, mixed-use developments, and residential schemes typically valued between £5m and £15m.

This is not your average Quantity Surveyor role. You'll have full control over the projects you manage from start to finish, with autonomy to make decisions and drive results.

You'll work on a wide range of projects, taking the reins on entire projects and seeing them through to completion without typical constraints. With outstanding support towards achieving your APC, along with a clear pathway to long-term progression, you'll be empowered to thrive and succeed.

In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, including benefits such as private pension, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, mileage, and professional membership fees.
