Main Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • To lead the development and implementation of the academy's curriculum and assessment strategies.
  • To oversee the effective deployment of resources to support teaching and learning.
  • To work closely with colleagues to ensure data-driven decision making.
  • To provide coaching and mentoring to staff to improve teaching practices.
  • To contribute to the development of the academy's policies and procedures.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven track record of leadership and management in education.
  • Excellent teaching practice and subject knowledge.
  • Experience of developing and implementing curriculum change.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary

The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
