A dynamic and ambitious role that requires a unique blend of financial expertise and technical skills. At Gamma, we are on the lookout for a skilled Finance Support Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing support to the direct finance and commercial teams, particularly around revenue and contract assurance.

This role is designed to give you a wide range of finance-based activities to get involved in, from project accounting to credit control. You will be working closely with the Management Accountant to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, as well as providing administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform monthly checking on new billing requests to customer contracts to ensure billing accuracy and completeness.
  • Enter new billing account details to our billing platform.
  • Take minutes during monthly finance calls, ensuring timely and constructive distribution.
  • Assist the Management Accountant with various month-end processes and audit activities.
  • Undertake additional finance-related tasks as required, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.
  • Upload the monthly customer invoices to our accounting system.
