Job Title: Clinical Negligence Paralegal

Location: To be discussed

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

We are working with a well-established law firm, Simpson Judge, to find a skilled Clinical Negligence Paralegal to support their team. The ideal candidate will assist senior fee earners in the department and gradually build a caseload of lower-value cases.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting high-quality legal documents
  • Conducting thorough legal research and due diligence
  • Supporting the team in case management and preparation

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a Law degree, LPC, or CILEx qualification, or equivalent experience as a fee earner in a Clinical Negligence team.
