Job Title: Clinical Manager

Location: Leicester

Salary: £60,000- £65,000 per annum

Shift Patterns: 40 hours Per Week, Full Time, Permanent

Mentus Recruitment LTD is proud to partner with an independent healthcare provider to recruit for a Clinical Manager in a psychiatric hospital setting. This role supports adult service users with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to improve patient outcomes and service efficiency.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and support.
  • Monitor and analyze patient data to inform service improvements and quality assurance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a clinical management role, preferably in a psychiatric hospital setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and inform service improvements.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
