University College London Hospitals (UCLH) is a leading NHS trust that provides complex and specialist services to a diverse population. We are seeking an enthusiastic and patient-centred nurse to join our Coordination Centre team, which plays a crucial role in managing patient flow and bed placement across our hospital sites.
Main Duties of the Job
This role will provide 24/7 patient flow and bed placement coordination within the Coordination Centre and a clinical site manager role while based on either UCH, NHNN, or Grafton Way Building. The ideal candidate will have an enthusiasm for improving patient flow, experience in bed and clinical site management, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to undertake clinical duties as part of a Hospital at Night service.
