Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swimming Pool Safety Professional to join our team as a Lifeguard for the 2025 season.

As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in promoting the safety and wellbeing of all our guests, with particular regard to children, young people, and vulnerable individuals. You will actively develop all swimming pool services while providing excellent customer service, delivering a safe and fun experience including Go Active Activities.

The successful applicant will possess a current Lifeguard certificate; however, if necessary, we can offer a NPLQ course to achieve the qualification. An enhanced DBS application will be completed by the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all guests at all times
  • Develop and deliver swimming pool services that meet regulatory standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests
Requirements
  • A current Lifeguard certificate (NPLQ)
