Pilgrims Europe is seeking a Clean Operations Specialist to join our team in a unique role that combines cleaning expertise with adaptability. As a Clean Operations Specialist, you will work 5 out of 7 days a week from 21:30pm to 05:30am at our Ruskington site.

We offer an estimated salary of £25,000 per annum for this role, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to clean work areas, machinery, and equipment to the highest standards while working at heights, in confined spaces, and in cold and warm environments. You will also receive comprehensive COSHH training to handle chemicals safely.

The successful candidate will be a key member of our hygiene team, ensuring that all work areas are kept clean and tidy at all times. This includes meeting cleaning schedules and adhering to Company Policies and Procedures, Health & Safety, and Food Safety rules. While previous experience in a Hygiene Department is advantageous, we provide full training for those who are new to the field.

We value flexibility and teamwork, and as such, you may be required to work alone or as part of a team depending on job allocation. Your duties may include working at heights, in confined spaces, and in various environmental conditions.
