BIM CAD Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Revit BIM/CAD Technician to join our client's dynamic team at Senitor Associates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and translate electrical and mechanical concept designs into actionable drawings for the in-house CAPS team.
- Collaborate closely with Engineers to produce detailed installation and construction drawings for Project Site Teams.
- Develop construction and as-built drawings, as well as prepare business support documentation and flow diagrams.
- Secure third-party contractor quotations for equipment and service, and conduct on-site surveys to aid in the preparation of site drawings.
Requirements:
- Experience in creating 3D layout drawings and using CFD modelling software.
- Proficiency in developing construction and as-built drawings, and preparing business support documentation and flow diagrams.
- Ability to produce tender packs, issue sub-contractor requests, and compile O&M Manuals.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with Engineers and Project Site Teams.
