Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Lecturer to join our team as a full-time trainer for our plumbing apprenticeship program. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training and assessment to a cohort of 30 plumbing apprentices at various stages of their qualification.">

• Mentor and coach apprentices to help them achieve their full potential and reach their career goals.">
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes collaboration and teamwork among apprentices.">

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in plumbing, preferably in a teaching or training capacity.">
• Hold the NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing qualification or equivalent.">
• An excellent understanding of the plumbing trade and its various aspects, including theory and practical skills.">
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with apprentices, colleagues, and external stakeholders.">
• Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to respond to changing circumstances and priorities.">
