About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Site Supervisor or Site Manager to lead our project team in Argyll, Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile project and be part of a growing business that prioritizes customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sites and contractors in line with client contracts.
  • Maintain successful relationships with clients through clear communication and expert advice on site.
  • Deliver client contracts efficiently by effectively managing labor, plant, and materials, and ensuring timely delivery of reports and projects.
  • Ensure adherence to H&S standards on site, including weekly toolbox talks and completion of H&S paperwork.
  • Lead the H&S calendar of events, reporting near misses and good catches weekly, conducting monthly audits, and driving a focus on H&S at all times when on site.
  • Perform setting out and levels accurately as required and maintain accurate records for day-to-day tasks and works completed.
  • Prepare accurate reports for client investigations and ensure they are uploaded to agreed targets where applicable.
