Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior AI Engineer to join our core team and contribute to the refinement of Lumi's infrastructure, core functionalities, and pioneering work in video streaming technologies. This opportunity offers a unique blend of technical challenges and creative problem-solving, directly impacting the evolution of industry-changing AI systems within the scientific community.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. AI Model Development: Develop and implement state-of-the-art AI models for visual data analysis and inference using Python and C++.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design optimal AI solutions.
  3. Model Training and Optimization: Train and fine-tune AI models using TensorFlow/Keras, PyTorch, PaddlePaddle, and other relevant frameworks to achieve high accuracy.
  4. Data Pipelines and Workflows: Implement data pipelines and workflows to automate data processing and model training processes.
  5. Integration and Annotation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into existing systems and applications, utilizing CVAT or similar tools for visual data annotation and labeling.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • At least 4 years of commercial experience as an AI Engineer or similar roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Python/C++ for AI model development and inference.
  • Experience with OpenVINO, OpenCV, AWS, CVAT, scikit-learn, and scipy for visual AI applications.
