About the Role
">Brook Street Social Care is seeking a dynamic and innovative leader to oversee multiple supported living sites across Stoke on Trent. As a Strategic Care Leader, you will be responsible for driving excellence in care delivery, staff development, and operational efficiency.
">Your Key Responsibilities
">- ">
- Oversight of multiple supported living sites, ensuring consistent high-quality care delivery and regulatory compliance.">
- Development of staff through training, mentoring, and coaching, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.">
- Fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders, including service users, families, and external partners.">
- Implementation of effective operational strategies to optimize resource allocation and improve service outcomes.">
- Monitoring and evaluation of services to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.">
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
">- ">
- Experience in supporting adults with complex learning disabilities, including Autism and Positive Behaviour Plans.">
- Good IT skills and experience of maintaining accurate records.">
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or an acceptable equivalent), or the ability to achieve this within 18 months.">
