Caretaker Vacancy

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Caretaker to join our team at a prestigious location in Brent, NW2. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping roads and picking up leaves in winter
  • Keep repair logs and complete basic outdoor tasks, especially on Thursdays and Fridays
  • Work alongside another caretaker, requiring good teamwork and communication skills
  • Knowledge of COSHH is beneficial to ensure safe handling of cleaning products
  • Basic IT skills are required for sending emails and logging repairs
Requirements:
  • DBS check required for this position
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic IT skills and knowledge of COSHH
