Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Head of CRM Martech to join our team at Michael Page (UK) on a day rate basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the CRM Martech product roadmap delivery, ensuring continuous product improvement, and engaging with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a CRM Martech product roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
  2. Lead the development and delivery of CRM Martech products, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product requirements.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including product owners, developers, and customers.
  5. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to the business on CRM Martech product development and implementation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading CRM Martech product development and implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience working in an international multi-brand company with multiple stakeholders is advantageous.
