Our company specializes in servicing woodworking and metalworking machines across the South of England, providing our customers with breakdown support, routine maintenance, and Health & Safety inspections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical support for customers with 3 phase motors and braking systems
  • Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and professional conduct
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
  • Produce high-quality reports and documentation
  • Travel to customer sites, occasionally overnight, and be prepared for early starts to avoid traffic
  • Source new parts and materials through supplier liaison and online research
  • Hold a valid, clean UK driving license and be physically dextrous
  • Read and interpret engineering diagrams and circuit diagrams
  • Be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and online tools
  • Organize and prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements and Qualifications
  • NVQ 3 in an engineering practice
  • Multi-skilled in electrical and mechanical engineering

We offer a competitive salary, a company vehicle, and tools. You will work from home one day a week to source parts and prepare quotes. Our online diary system will manage your schedule, and you will be provided with a business app and email address. PPE will be supplied, and you will need to complete a 3-night training course for the PUWER certification. DBS checks will be conducted as we work in educational settings.
