Axiom Personnel Ltd is seeking a skilled Mobile Plant Operator to join our team at one of our well-established clients. As a Mobile Plant Operator, you will play a crucial role in managing materials at our Transfer Station, contributing to a sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Separate and process recycling materials (metal, cardboard, wood, paper, green waste)
  • Assist other team members and work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Load vehicles to their maximum permitted weights
  • Support HRRC operations by compacting and packing materials
  • Operate various vehicles and machinery, such as wheeled loading shovels, elevated cab 360s, and roll-on-roll-off lorries
  • Collaborate with the traffic controller to maximize material value and revenue
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and maintain site cleanliness
Requirements:
  • Up to two years' experience driving the specified mobile plant (roll on roll off, wheeled loaded shovel)
  • A valid driving license
  • Proficiency in using various machinery and vehicles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to health and safety standards
