Claims Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Motor Claims Support Advisor to join our Birmingham-based team. As a key member of our Motor Fulfilment team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient management of external engineers and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange inspections of vehicles following a motor claim, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Manage the workload of external engineers, optimizing routes and resources to meet customer demands.
- Provide high levels of customer service, treating customers fairly and with empathy.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with claim management, adhering to the Group Risk Framework.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
