Motor Claims Support Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Motor Claims Support Advisor to join our Birmingham-based team. As a key member of our Motor Fulfilment team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient management of external engineers and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange inspections of vehicles following a motor claim, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Manage the workload of external engineers, optimizing routes and resources to meet customer demands.
  • Provide high levels of customer service, treating customers fairly and with empathy.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with claim management, adhering to the Group Risk Framework.

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
