Key responsibilities of the Removals Operations Manager include:

  • Allocating the correct resources for each job, ensuring that we remain within estimated costs
  • Overseeing fleet maintenance and ensuring that all vehicles are in good working order
  • Managing the removals diary, ensuring that all jobs are scheduled and completed on time
  • Coordinating with our estimator to ensure that all aspects of removals are covered
  • Recruiting, training, and developing our removals team to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service
  • Ensuring that all jobs are provisioned correctly and that removals job sheets are completed accurately
