We are seeking dynamic and passionate workshop educators to join our team of museum teaching delivery staff. This role is ideal for individuals who have an enthusiasm for working with under 5s and families.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging learning experiences to a variety of audiences, either in school, preschool or other similar environment. You will work on a casual basis at mutually agreed times and in response to service demands and bookings.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging learning experiences to under 5s and families.
  • Facilitate and deliver workshops that are high-energy and interactive.
  • Work flexibly, reliably, and use your own initiative to meet the needs of the museum.
  • Develop knowledge of the collections of St Albans Museums to understand the stories inspired by them.

We offer full training and an enhanced DBS check is required for this post. We welcome applications from candidates who are under-represented in the museums and heritage sector.
