Senior Culinary Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious culinary professional to join our team at Dog and Castle Ltd as a Senior Culinary Associate.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes to a high standard

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Assist with menu planning and development

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours
