**Multi-Trade Specialist Opportunity**

Hatched Talent is seeking a highly skilled and versatile maintenance professional to join our client's team. As a leading provider of repair and maintenance services, they require an individual with expertise in plumbing and carpentry to deliver high-quality services to landlords, letting agents, private homeowners, and commercial clients.

**Job Overview:**

This role offers variety and requires the performance of multiple tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, carpentry, tiling, painting, and general handyman duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both trades, relevant certifications or qualifications, and experience in hanging fire doors and other specialized carpentry tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

-Diagnose and fix plumbing issues such as leaks and blockages.

- Carry out carpentry tasks including fitting doors, installing cabinets, repairing furniture, constructing frameworks, and hanging fire doors.

- Work on projects for landlords and letting agents, as well as commercial jobs.

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls.

- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve potential issues before they become major problems.

-Collaborate with other team members and contractors to complete larger projects.

- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and questions with professionalism and a smile.

- Undertake general maintenance jobs including redecorations, ensuring properties are kept in top condition.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in both plumbing and carpentry, with a strong bias towards these trades.

- Relevant certifications or qualifications in plumbing and/or carpentry.

- Experience in hanging fire doors and other specialized carpentry tasks.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
